Possibly the most important thing you should know about me is that my family is my life! I truly feel there is nothing more important than making time for your loved ones(and capturing memories with them while you're at it!).
I have a wonderful husband, and two beautiful baby girls, as well as an amazing tribe of extended family and friends who are always there to cheer me on!
I have poured my heart and soul into my Photography business, spending hours upon hours learning how to provide the best images, experiences, and services to my clients. My ultimate goal is to help as many families as possible capture some of life's most beautiful moments, so they will have them to cherish for a lifetime.

As I mentioned above, Family is number 1! I was so lucky to have grown up with an amazing and supportive family. My mom, dad and sister have always been a huge part of everything I do, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
Now that I'm older, I am thankful to have found my soulmate, and to be raising our two beautiful children together in our little country home in Haldimand County.

There is nothing better than taking some time away from the stress that is life, rejuvenating the soul and refreshing the mind!
So far, I have only travelled within Canada, the US and the Caribbean, but Europe is definitely the next one on my Bucket List! And I'm not sure why, but I feel Italy calling my name ... maybe it's the beautiful architecture, cobblestone pathways and stunning coastline I've seen so many photos of...orrrrr, maybe its the pasta, cheese and wine.

I am HUGE foodie! From deep fried carnival junk to the finest cuts of steak, I love it all! I honestly don't even think I could pick a favourite food....but a nice surf and turf meal would probably be pretty close to the top!
I am a fairly adventurous eater too. So far, the weirdest things I've had are alligator, shark, kangaroo and ostritch!

I had the absolute privilege of working with Jordyn for my maternity photoshoot, which surpassed my expectations in literally every way. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, fun, and super professional:
- Upon my initial outreach, she was extremely quick to respond. She answered all of my questions (and trust me, I had more than a few!), and was so accommodating in scheduling even though she’s super busy
- Leading up to the shoot, it was more of the same: very responsive, super friendly, totally easing any concerns I had along the way about which looks, what colours, accessories, etc etc etc
- The shoot itself was amazing. The setup was so impressive, the WARDROBE!!, Reagan, the makeup & hair artist was a gem… I could go on and on. It’s just so rare to have that level of professionalism and expertise, yet, the most warm and friendly environment. I felt like I had known them for years!
- Results of the shoot were next level. I cannot believe the quality. I’m no model, that’s for sure, but she made it look that way! I am SO happy with the pictures and will treasure them for years to come!!!
Cannot recommend highly enough. And I cannot wait for my upcoming newborn session with her!!

I can’t say enough positive things for Jordyn of White Orchid Photography. Firstly she’s super prompt about responding to inquiries and answering questions. She also sends emails/reminders leading up to your session with tips on how to make the most of your shoot time.
She’s amazing with babies! And super friendly to boot. Her studio is equipped with lots of different props and wraps of all colours and styles to fit the look you may want for your newborn/baby’s photos.
Her turnaround time for both preview gallery and fully edited photos is very reasonable. If you’re looking for someone to take photos of your child or yourself and family I’d highly recommend Jordyn :)

Jordyn did my maternity photos and newborn photoshoot. She is absolutely great in what she does. She is very professional. She took the time to go through everything and communicated with me in terms of what I want for the shoot. The makeup and outfit that is included in her package is really helpful. I didn’t have to worry about those and it was there waiting for me at the studio.. She is also helped out a lot too with my newborn daughter when I was getting my makeup done. Our photos looked so amazing that I actually ordered a lot of photos and the albums as well. I would definitely recommend White Orchid Photography, really glad we went with her.

Such a great experience. You will not be disappointed. Jordyn is a top tier experienced photographer. She promptly contacted us after our inquisition, and went above and beyond to fulfil our photography needs. Her photos came out PERFECT and we will cherish these photos for a lifetime! I got my maternity photos done with Jordyn at 34 weeks pregnant. I was hesitant to book since I wasn't feeling my best, but Jordyn made the whole process so easy! She provides you with an assortment of outfits and arranges hair and makeup. I felt so comfortable and I've never looked better! I don’t know how I will express in writing how amazing my experience with White Orchid Photography was. The photographer created such a welcoming and calming atmosphere from the start. She was amazing with my baby boy and I was able to feel comfortable and at ease the entire shoot. She had a number of calming techniques that worked wonders; as a first time mom I was able to learn some of them! Oh, and the photos are absolutely stunning!
